To facilitate adaptation to confinement and quarantine, helping them to accept the current situation. To this end, strategies based on laughter and music were employed, aiming to relieve tension and provide moments of relaxation. In addition, we sought to restore the participants' sense of humanity, promoting affection, emotions and mental well-being during a difficult period.
