The mission of Tempos e Contratempos was to play down the process of confinement and prophylactic quarantine during the COVID-19 pandemic in homes, villages and nursing homes in the municipalities of Alcácer do Sal and Grândola, using humour and music as support tools.

 

 Objective: to facilitate adaptation to confinement and quarantine, helping them to accept the current situation. To this end, strategies based on laughter and music were employed, aiming to relieve tension and provide moments of relaxation.

Additionally, the project sought to restore humanity to the participants, promoting affection, emotions, and mental well-being during a difficult period.
