A workshop model designed for companies and groups of people that promotes team spirit and collaborative work using the organizational dynamics of a percussion orchestra.

Following a pedagogically well-structured, easy, and fun program, participants will have their first exposure to four traditional percussion sections and, without realizing it, will be playing various rhythms from different styles.

Percussionist Tânia Lopes has extensive experience in rhythmic and improvisational dynamics in large-scale groups, enabling groups of people with no musical background to play percussion instruments, forming an improvised orchestra.
