DINAMIZAÇÃO MUSICAL NA
CASA PIA DE LISBOA
The Musical Dynamization Project began in 2004 at Casa Pia de Lisboa, a public institution whose mission is to promote the rights and protect children and young people in situations of social vulnerability, ensuring their integral development through shelter, education and professional training, with a view to their social inclusion.
This project is dedicated to the development and practice of musical activities for children and young people at Casa Pia de Lisboa, with an emphasis on practical learning of instruments from the Philharmonic Band, Bagpipes and Traditional Percussion.
The positive impact of this project has been reflected in numerous live performances by different groups:

Desenvolvido para as freguesias de Grândola ( Lousal, Melides, Aldeia do Futuro e Grândola) no âmbito do projeto “ Não deixar Ninguém para trás”.
IMPROVISO foi a primeira apresentação ao vivo com todos os alunos, que contou com a participação conjunta de grupos etnográficos do concelho de Grândola e músicos convidados.

ORQUESTRA DE BOMBOS
Social inclusion project through collective percussion teaching.
Developed for the parishes of Grândola (Lousal, Melides, Aldeia do Futuro and Grândola) as part of the “Leave No One Behind” project.
IMPROVISO was the first live performance with all the students, which included the joint participation of ethnographic groups from the municipality of Grândola and guest musicians.

“Raízes em Movimento” aims to promote active inclusion, equal opportunities and active participation of disadvantaged children and young people of Roma and African ethnicity from the Cucena neighborhood, through the development of artistic expressions, namely, in learning to play percussion instruments.

TEMPOS E CONTRATEMPOS
The mission of TEMPOS E CONTRATEMPOS was to de-dramatize the process of confinement and prophylactic quarantine during the COVID-19 pandemic in residences, villages and nursing homes in the municipalities of Alcácer do Sal and Grândola, using humor and music as support tools.
The objective : to facilitate adaptation to confinement and quarantine, helping them to accept the current situation.
To this end, strategies based on laughter and music were employed, aiming to alleviate tension and provide moments of relaxation.
Additionally, we sought to restore humanity to the participants, promoting affection, emotions and mental well-being during a difficult period.

Door-to-door micro-shows where the population watched and applauded from their windows.
